Description

Im 19. Jh. war die Sterblichkeit so hoch, dass die Trauerbewältigung zum Alltag gehörte und verschiedene Darstellungsformen fand. Eine besondere Rolle spielten hier die Haare des Verstorbenen. Aber auch freudige Familienfeste, Hochzeiten, Jubiläen oder Taufen konnten Anlass zur Fertigung sein.
