A Spear with a crookedly grown wooden shaft and an iron spearhead. The end of the shaft is wrapped with an iron spiral. The spearhead is fixed with a socket that is open on one side to the shaft. The spout is decorated with an engraved serrating pattern. On one side of the spout, there is a radiant ornament with a hole in its middle. The spearhead is ribbed and leaf-shaped and rund into a long, thin tip.
The country of origin could not be determined clearly. Form and material of the spear, however, are indicative of an African origin. The museum obtained the spear from Margarete Mader, further details concerning the provenance are not known.
