Description

An arrow with a bamboo shaft that is here and there decorated with black lines ornaments. Above the notch, the shaft is wrapped with bast. The arrowhead is from wood and with barbs from fish teeth and fish bone (?).

The spear comes from Papua New Guinea and presumably belongs to the collection of Albert Daiber; a definite attribution, however, is not possible.
