Description

An arrow or a spear with a thick shaft from bamboo and a broad, flat and long wooden tip. Shaft and tip are additionally fixed with wound and braided bast. The shaft has no notch and is closed at the end; perhaps there was something put in that is broken.

The object comes from Papua New Guinea and presumably belongs to the collection of Albert Daiber; a definite attribution, however, is not possible.
