Die Hemdhose für Frauen besteht aus weißem Stoff (vermutlich Baumwolle) und verfügt über kurze Beine und angenähte Träger. Sie ist im Schritt offen und mit weißen Wäscheknöpfen zu schließen. Im Abschluss des Hemdteils und der Beine ist sie mit feinen Lochstickereien in Form von Rosen und geometrischen Formen verziert. Die Träger sind ebenfalls mit Lochstickerei und aufgestickten Punkten verziert. Sie ist ein Bestandteil der Damenunterwäsche der Jahrhundertwende.
