Das Tuttlinger Stadtbuch aus dem Jahr 1651 zeigt auf der Titelseite neben drei Siegeln das Tuttlinger Stadtwappen mit den drei Hirschstangen der Württemberger im goldenen, silbern bordierten Schild. Es enthält als Abschrift den Text eines älteren Stadtbuches von 1498 sowie die Niederschrift aller in der Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts gültigen Vorschriften und Satzungen des Gemeinwesens.
