Description

A spear with an iron, pointy and long "shoe". The iron end of the spear has a conical socket. Below the socket, the shaft is square-shaped and then it ends roundly. On the four edges, there are eight little notches each. Into the socket a short piece resp. handle from wood is put that, in turn, is linked to the blade by a socket. The blade has a heart-shaped base and is long and slender. It is polished and has a midrib on both sides.

Presumably, the spear comes from East Africa because it has the characteristic form of the hunting spears of the Masai.
