Das Fahrgestell der Do 12

Der entfernte Nachfolger Do 12 – auch Libelle III genannt – wurde 1932 als Einzelstück gebaut und konnte durch sein ein- und auskurbelbares Fahrgestell sowohl auf dem Land als auch auf dem Wasser starten und landen. Statt Flossenstummel besaß sie Stützschwimmer, die am Rumpf angebrachten Tragflügelhälften waren abnehmbar.
